La Lastra was a wonderful experience. Mia was very informative and welcoming throughout the entire tasting (extra virgin olive oil included). I highly recommend this winery. You can tell they have a lot of passion from start to finish. Pairing the wines with Angela's (the chef) light dinner was excellent. Typically, I cannot drink wines specifically red wines however the La Lastra tasting did not cause any adverse effects due to their high quality practices and 100% organic wines. We are thrilled with the experience and cannot wait to enjoy our cases of wine and olive oil at home.
