We had a fantastic week at Aubamar Resort and, at 25 weeks pregnant, could not have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The standout feature was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I pay close attention to service standards, and Aubamar truly excels in this area. The resort has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast offers an extensive selection, while the lunch and dinner menus provide plenty of variety. The facilities are excellent, with towels conveniently available at the pool, spa, and gym. Cleanliness is also outstanding, with the hotel impeccably maintained and housekeeping keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the Guest Experience team, whose thoughtful touches create memorable moments and help set the resort apart. For constructive feedback, I would love to see a wider range of alcohol-free options for guests, including additional alcohol-free beers, wines, and prosecco. The mocktail selection was already very good, but expanding these choices would be a welcome addition. Another suggestion would be offering a short resort tour on arrival, as some guests may appreciate an introduction to the facilities. We were also delighted to receive an unexpected room upgrade and a complimentary dinner, both of which made our stay even more special. The team also arranged a late check-out for our evening flight without any hassle, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire Aubamar team for such a memorable stay. You have created something truly special, and we would happily return.
