Amazing place! The room was really nice and spacious. You are surrounded by nature and there is a big pool with a nice jacuzzi. Also the people were really kind and the food was very good! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Can we hold a ceremony on the property?+
Religious ceremonies can take place outdoors at Aia Leccioni. Civil ceremonies are not permitted on-site due to Italian municipal law, but the nearby towns of Pomarance, Volterra, and other hamlets offer civil ceremony venues including halls, theaters, and a fortress.
Do you provide catering?+
No. Aia Leccioni does not provide wedding catering; you must arrange external suppliers. The venue has no restrictions on which caterers you hire. Breakfast for up to 30 guests is included in the nightly rate.
What is included in the accommodation price?+
The rate covers VAT, one night's stay, breakfast (up to 30 guests), bed linen, bath and pool towels, initial and final cleaning of rooms and common areas, and use of the tennis court with rackets and balls.

Pisa Airport is 80km away (approximately 1 hour by car); Florence Airport is 115km away (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes). Both are accessible via rental car or arranged transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?+
All prepayments are non-refundable if you cancel. The first 25% deposit is due at contract signature to confirm your reservation. Further payments (25% up to 90 days before; 50% up to 30 days before) are also non-refundable.
