Crossing Celebrations is a destination wedding and events studio based in London, United Kingdom, planning celebrations across Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Greece. It is the events arm of Crossing Travel Company, a travel advisory founded in 2013 and named a Condé Nast Traveller Top Travel Specialist for 2026. The combination is unusual, and it is the point. Most couples marrying abroad are not planning one day — they are planning a four-day gathering for guests arriving from several continents. Crossing plans the wedding and the travel around it: welcome dinners and long lunches, a private house in Comporta or the Alentejo for the family, apartments in Lisbon or Palma for the friends who want a city first, transfers that appear without being asked for, and a honeymoon that begins the following morning, already arranged. Regions worked in detail: Portugal (Sintra, Comporta, the Douro Valley, Algarve ); Spain (Mallorca, Ibiza, the Costa Brava, Andalusia, Marbella); Italy (Puglia, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como); France (Provence, the Côte d'Azur); Greece (the Cyclades, Corfu, the Peloponnese). Crossing accepts no more than 8 celebrations a year. That allows the team to visit venues in person, negotiate directly with private houses and hotels, hold the timeline, and answer the messages that arrive at eleven at night in the final week. Typical enquiries: a multi-day wedding for [80 to 200] guests at a private estate in Portugal or Spain; a smaller celebration in the Greek islands with guest travel arranged end to end; a wedding in Puglia or Provence followed immediately by a honeymoon further afield.
