The customer service from start to finish was exceptional, and the tour was informative and welcoming. Calla at The Milestone in Aubrey was absolutely fantastic. Since this was one of our very first venue tours, we knew very little about the wedding planning process. She took the time to explain every aspect of planning a wedding and answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and manageable. We’re so grateful for the positive experience and would absolutely recommend touring!
