I advise not to go there. I paid the full price, 137.50 euros, including the wellness and interior pool. We booked the hotel esp. for the spa and pool and were looking forward to it. Upon arrival we were told by the receptionist that the hotel is closed. We asked for the wellness and pool. Not possible we were told. You have an appartment outside the hotel and that's it. The next day when we checked out we found out that the wellness and interior pool were accessible for the guests. We asked why she did not tell us. Her reply was that it closes at 18.30. We arrived at 17.45 (!) and would have had ample time to enjoy. Whatever her reason was, she did not care less that she denied us something we paid for and looked forward to. Her female colleague ignored us. We paid the full price but we did not get everything we paid for at this hotel..Nasty. No compensation was offered nevertheless she insisted cashing in 10 euros for our small dog. Bad customer service. Next to this, building works were going on next to the appartment. They have just begun and will go on for a long time as they are building a house or an appartment. We had to find this out ourselves...no sleep in or enjoying the balcony. Also we had partial sea view not full as they promised. Avoid this hotel.
