Negativity bias is hitting me here but need to share it: I was at wedding at Villa Wollemborg and the venue is really beautiful. The personnel was actually quite nice. However, 2 negative experiences are stuck in my memory: 1. at the wedding there were some kids playing with a mobile lamp (battery ran, so not plugged in). Obviously, they should not play with that device. However, the aggressive way the head service lady was reacting and screaming at the kids was unacceptable. 2. while waiting at the bar, my wife waited for very long time just to ask for 2 proseccos. I went to the toilet and came back and she was still waiting. So I decided to just grab a bottle and pour us 2 glasses of proseccos. While doing so the waitress came back and was like aggressively saying „no! no! no!“ . While we had one glass already she took the bootle away from my hands and the other glass and refused to give us another glass. All in all, the wedding was wonderful anf the service was 90% great. However, human psychology is striking me. Sharing this so that the owners can reflect on how they train their service personnel
