Villa Torrequadra già Conti Rogadeo in Bitonto, open JuneOctober.

Villa Torrequadra, originally constructed in the 18th century as a noble residence for the Conti Rogadeo family, stands as a testament to Puglian aristocratic architecture in Bitonto.

The estate has undergone careful restoration to preserve its historic character while accommodating modern wedding celebrations.

Set along the SP36, this former noble villa now operates as a restaurant and event venue, offering guests an authentic backdrop steeped in regional history.

I spent New Year's Eve at this establishment, and the experience was overall very positive. The location struck me from the first moment: during the holidays, it was adorned with elegant Christmas decorations that helped create a truly charming and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered for the evening of December 31st was excellent, with exquisite dishes made with quality ingredients. The attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and the preparation of the dishes was clearly evident. The dining room service also deserves praise: professional, attentive in the plating and presentation of the dishes. The only area that could be improved was the pace of the dinner, which felt a bit rushed. This was likely due to the late arrivals of some guests, but the evening would have benefited from a slightly more relaxed time management to fully appreciate each course, and perhaps more time for a few dance breaks. Overall, however, a wonderful experience that I recommend for special occasions.
