Charming surroundings and typical Tuscan architecture make for a relaxing outdoor holiday! Fabrizio is a discreet and respectful man who meticulously maintains his outdoor spaces. He is available should you need anything. The pool is large (12x6 meters), beautiful, and clean. A road runs alongside the property, and you hear the sound of cars intermittently, but it didn't bother us. The interior decor is rustic and somewhat cluttered. The mattresses are new and firm. Air conditioning is optional in all bedrooms, and I recommend it during the summer. The house is generally clean. Perhaps the kitchen cupboard doors could be cleaner. There are countless cooking utensils, and if you enjoy cooking, you'll be in heaven! However, there aren't enough electrical outlets for the kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is also a very nice charcoal barbecue. There are plenty of outdoor spaces for dining, lunching with friends, or simply relaxing. We also used the ping-pong table and the jacuzzi, but the water was a little cloudy. The showers could be renovated and enlarged for greater comfort. We recommend this charming rental, which offers good value for money. Note that the house is 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Arezzo and 45 minutes from Siena.
