Staff were super kind and helpful. We got in late and they sent a video of how to get in to our place. Map on bed showing sites and bus stops which was helpful. Nice to be able to walk up to Capri or down to Marina Grande. Is on the hill so anywhere you go you will have to walk up/down steps. But that’s most of the island!! Rooms were clean and nice.
