I liked this place, peaceful and beautiful. Stuff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are good looking, new. I didn't like that ac was working loud. All other things were very good. Nice pool, very quiet, away from crowded palaces.

Our stay at Verde De Miranda, Goa was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offering a perfect getaway from the city’s hustle. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was courteous, warm, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The calm ambience, hygiene, and overall hospitality truly stood out. We enjoyed the serene environment and the comfort the property offers, which made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Verde De Miranda for the lovely hospitality. We would surely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again....

Absolutely disgusting and fraudulent hotel. I booked this property 10 days in advance with a confirmed reservation, yet at the time of check-in they flat-out refused to give me a room, claiming the property was unavailable. The real reason? They sold my confirmed room to walk-in guests for extra money. This is nothing but greed, cheating, and complete lack of professionalism. The staff is arrogant, uneducated, and shockingly incompetent, with zero respect for guests or confirmed bookings. The management clearly has no ethics, no accountability, and no customer service standards. This hotel cannot be trusted at all. Even a confirmed booking means nothing here. Save yourself the stress, time, and humiliation — DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. If your hotel was already fully packed 20 days prior, how could you possibly accept a confirmed booking 10 days later? What kind of system is this? This is not a system glitch—this clearly shows how incompetent and irresponsible your management and reservations team are. As a so-called 4-star property, you completely failed to take ownership of your mistake. In the hospitality industry, when such a serious error happens, the minimum expectation is to arrange an alternate property of the same or better category or provide proper compensation. Simply offering a full refund is NOT a solution. Because of your negligence, an entire family suffered at the time of check-in. The stress, inconvenience, and embarrassment we faced cannot be compensated with money alone. A refund does not undo the damage caused by your unprofessional handling. I did not come here to tarnish your image—you have already done that yourself through your actions. Going forward, I will strongly advise others not to stay in this so-called 4-star luxury hotel with such an incompetent management team. Extremely disappointed.
