Arched windows run along one wall and look straight out over Bondi Beach, so the room needs very little dressing.
It holds up to 150 guests for a reception and works for groups from about 20.
The club handles its own events and takes enquiries directly.
The Blue Room Bondi definitely deserves a five star review. I attended a Bridal High Tea upstairs in the function room and it was magnificent. The arched windows framed the beautiful view of Bondi Beach perfectly. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

Yes. The function room at Bondi Surf Bathers Life Saving Club is now called The Scenic Lounge. The club changed the name; the room and the view are the same.
Can we get married on the beach?+
A ceremony on the sand in front of the club needs a permit from Waverley Council, which manages Bondi Beach. Apply directly with the council, and talk to the club events team about timing so the ceremony does not collide with patrol operations.
