We stayed there for 2 nights in June. Hands down the best among the 5 hotels I have stayed in my 2 weeks’ Switzerland trip. I expected the service to be great, and the staff did not disappoint! Their performance far surpassed my expectations. From pick-up till check out, everything went as smoothly and pleasant as you could imagine. Both rooms (X & U) were impeccably clean, with sleek decor and modern room features, including an automated awning at the balcony and a great sound system. To be honest, Room U was lackluster as compared with X, I suggest that you should make your booking as early as possible to get the room you like. Due to a sudden change of my itinerary (2 weeks in advance), I could only get Room U, at a more expensive rate than X, for my 2nd night. Its restaurant was another delight with a contemporary alphine design, and an inviting ambience. While the dinner menu was rather simple, the food itself was exceptional. Kudos to the chef! Breakfast was again the best among all 5 hotels in terms of food quality and service, way better than the pretentious Restaurant La Soupière in Zurich. The service was absolutely top-notch; it actually outshone the Michelin-starred establishments I dined at during this trip. THE OMNIA? Highly recommended!
