1 star just for how beautiful it was. We booked a villa with plunge pool. It looked so pretty in pictures but they gave us some old room with a plunge pool which was full of dust. Then upon request they asked us to first review the room and then they can shift us . I mean how can someone ask us to see the room we had originally booked and select which one we want to stay in. After 2 hours we got the original villa . Such a waste of time + i had a 8 month old baby with me . Then we had dinner which was below average . Not good at all . Trust me I am visiting Jaipur from the past 10 years and stayed in a number of hotels and this one had the worst food . Trident, Itc rajputana, Le meridien, Fairmont(my god, ultimate food), Hyatt, Clarks, Radisson and this was the worst of them all . Now starting with their hospitality which was below average too, my sister asked a server to get bread and some daal together as breads were taking time and what is the point of geeting dal before and breads after 10mins. But he said very bluntly to get the dal from the buffet and he will get the bread as dal is part of buffet. Later he got both but it just spoiled our mood. This is how they are trained . So, you can get an idea of how they serve and what to expect. Later manger came and very sweetly offered us some ghevar in compensation but how can we forget this . I have never experienced something like this. Later we heard them explaining the staff that they cannot ask the guest to get something from buffet just like that and they are coming up with something instead of that. Thank god we taught them some manners I had booked Fairmont which is just exceptional but thought of trying a new one this time just to be disappointed. Never trying any other Leela hotel now . Thanks to Jitansh who helped us get the original villa and made our stay a little better. Overall this hotel can be skipped for life.
