Slide Ranch is one of the most special places I've come across along the Marin coast. Actually, just about anywhere. It’s a working coastal farm and education center where families can connect with animals, gardens, and the outdoors in a hands-on, meaningful way. Family Farm Days are fantastic for kids, and their seasonal dinners overlooking the ocean are truly memorable. It’s also an incredibly beautiful and unique venue for events and weddings, with coastal views and a setting that feels both intimate and grounded in nature. I’ve volunteered photography services through 1% for the Planet and have seen firsthand how much care goes into what they do. Whether you’re visiting with family or planning a special event, Slide Ranch is absolutely worth experiencing.
