My experience at this property has been extremely disappointing. I am currently staying in C Wing, Room 226, and the quality of the room is far below acceptable standards. The first issue is cleanliness and hygiene. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not appear to have been cleaned properly before my stay. The overall hygiene standards are unacceptable for a hotel or accommodation that charges guests for their stay. The room service is also very poor. Whenever we request room cleaning, it takes around 4–5 hours for someone to respond, which is far too long. The biggest problem has been the bathroom maintenance. The toilet drainage is clogged, and the flush is not working properly. We reported these issues to the staff, and they assured us that a serviceman would come the next morning. However, it has now been approximately 16–18 hours, and no one has come to fix the problem. We have been left waiting without any update or resolution. Overall, the management's response to guest complaints has been slow and disappointing. Basic maintenance, cleanliness, and timely customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I cannot recommend this property based on my stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves its standards so that future guests do not have to face the same problems.
