Shauna and Bridget are amazing! My husband and I decided to pivot on short notice to a small family wedding with only 3-4 months to plan. Shauna let us know that it was not problem and made it happen! We ended up having a 27 person wedding at Rosewood Miramar Beach and it was absolutely perfect! Working with Shauna and Bridget with Santa Barbara Elopement was one of the best decisions I made for our 60-person wedding at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, CA. From the initial phone calls and emails to storing my leftover decor/supplies in my hotel room at the end of our wedding night, Bridget, Shauna and the support team were 10/10, A+ and more. Shauna was incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our eight months of planning. She had lovely ideas, replied to my emails promptly, and referred us to the best vendors — many of whom had worked together many times before, which made the entire planning and day flow seamlessly. Guest experience, service and ease of flow and was very important to us. I specifically chose Shauna and her team because they had planned many weddings at our venue, and it showed. She knew every detail of the space, the staff, the hotel policies, package inclusions, and how to make everything run smoothly. Both Shauna and Bridget's calm, kind demeanor made the planning our destination wedding stress-free, and I genuinely enjoyed working with her and her team so much that I'd (half-joked) love to work alongside them in events one day, ha! They simply get things done with ease and a positive attitude. Budget-wise, they were very fair — my planner budget was around ~7% of the total wedding cost, and for that, I received eight months of attentive planning, helpful phone calls, ample email comms and a perfectly executed event. Bridget even ran our simple rehearsal the day before and had it wrapped up efficiently in about 30 minutes. If you’re getting married in the Santa Barbara area and want total peace of mind and confidence as a bride, hire them.
