She was so kind and her customer service skills are wonderful . Elena at breakfast was so sweet and attentive to our orders. Loretta and Elisa always had smiles and were willing to lend their assistance. The staff, the breakfast , the accommodations , the accessories that are given to the guest and the town itself are truly a five star experience !
