My family can not say enough good things about this hotel . It was the best ending to our European trip . Simona is truly the gem in San Gemini palace . She was so kind and her customer service skills are wonderful . Elena at breakfast was so sweet and attentive to our orders. Loretta and Elisa always had smiles and were willing to lend their assistance. The staff, the breakfast , the accommodations , the accessories that are given to the guest and the town itself are truly a five star experience !

Lovely place! We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was truly elegant. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff made our stay truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making us feel like valued guests. Every interaction, from check-in to dining, was marked by professionalism and a genuine desire to make our experience memorable. The level of attention to detail and care was simply outstanding.

I was so utterly impressed with my stay here, the hotel itself, the staff, the service, were incredible. I had mentioned in my correspondence with the hotel that one of us was vegan, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had created a vegan corner for breakfast. Complete with vegan sandwiches, vegan meats and cheeses, vegan yoghurt and croissants. The works! The complimentary bottle of wine left in our room was delicious too. Would highly recommend 😊
