This establishment operates as mariage ballroom but it messes up everybody around in the area by running something which is actually a nightclub. We stayed near this establishment, they are horrible people who don’t care annoying everybody with a noise level that was shaking the whole house we stayed at; and as we went to complain they were aggressive to us and disrespectful. 07 · Questions

Asked along the way.

What is included in the venue rental?+

The estate rental typically includes access to indoor and outdoor spaces, basic tables and seating, and kitchen facilities. Catering, florals, and additional decor are usually arranged separately through preferred vendors or your own selections.

Can we bring our own caterer?+

Many Moroccan estates operate with preferred catering partners, though this varies by booking. Contact the venue directly to confirm whether outside catering is permitted or if you must work with their recommended list.

Is accommodation available on-site?+

Salle de fête Ramane is a day-use venue without guest rooms. However, Marrakech has numerous hotels and riads within 15km. The venue can recommend nearby properties or assist with group blocks.

What is the cancellation policy?+

Moroccan venues typically require significant deposits (30-50% of total cost). Cancellation terms vary, so review your contract carefully. Travel insurance is recommended for destination weddings.

Are there restrictions on music or noise?+

The rural Alouidane location offers more flexibility than central Marrakech venues. Confirm permitted hours and volume limits when booking, especially if planning late-night celebrations.
