The hotel and room were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. However, the air conditioning was poor, and the bathroom counter in Room 101 was damaged. The bed and pillows could also be upgraded, which was disappointing considering the hotel’s reputation for quality. The hotel’s website states that they have on-site parking, but it doesn’t. Public parking is available approximately 100 yards away, but please note that cash is required for parking payment, as credit card transactions are not accepted at the kiosk. The breakfast was basic but good.
