I experienced a mix of exceptional hospitality and minor operational hiccups that defined my four-night visit. The check-in process was seamless; the reception staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, welcoming us with a refreshing local drink. My room was a "Deluxe City View," and it truly lived up to the name. It was spacious, spotless, and featured a modern aesthetic with high-quality linens that made for an excellent night's sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provided a stunning panorama of the skyline, which was particularly beautiful at sunset. Dining at the hotel’s main restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, from fresh tropical fruits to made-to-order omelettes. The quality of the food was consistently high, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. However, I did notice that the rooftop bar became quite crowded in the evenings, leading to a significant wait time for drinks. The location is undoubtedly one of the hotel's strongest assets. Situated within walking distance of major landmarks and a central metro station, it served as the perfect base for exploring the city. Despite its central location, the room was remarkably quiet, shielded from the street noise below. The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was occasionally spotty in the common areas. That said, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. The staff’s genuine warmth and the hotel's prime location make it a top recommendation for both business and leisure travellers. I would certainly return for another stay.
