A fantastic hotel good for travelers with families. The staff is attentive, helpful, and courteous, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds that ensure a restful night. Breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of both warm and cold options. The location is also ideal, just a 7-minute walk from Atocha train station, making it perfect for exploring the city. They even contacted me about an item that I forgot, that was a really nice gesture! I will definitely stay here again.
