I sent them e-mails couple of times and they did not respond me. I ordered something to hotel. I had 2 packages and they lost one. Nobody knows who got the package from deliveryman. Nobody cares about customer. Rooms are so hot like a hell. I wanted to close AC, but I can not do it. I wanted them to help me, nobody care about it also, then I solve it. They told me they will send a fan to my room. I am still waiting after 3 days. Just a black women in reception is so kind and try to do her best. Remained is avarage.
