We chose Quinta dos Rouxinóis for our wedding, and initially, it seemed like the perfect venue. The preparation process was smooth, and the staff were helpful. On the day, the food was excellent, and the waitstaff were attentive to our guests and us. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. However, we encountered an unfortunate situation that significantly impacted our experience. Some of our wedding cards, which contained monetary gifts from our guests, were missing by the end of the event. This was a deeply distressing discovery, especially since the money was intended to help us with a deposit for our new home. When we brought this to the attention of the venue, the response we received was not what we expected. Instead of addressing our concerns, we were informed that their legal team would contact us. We requested access to video footage and a list of employees who worked on our wedding day, but unfortunately, our requests were not met with cooperation. We want to emphasize that this review is intended to share our personal experience at the venue and to encourage future couples to take precautions. If you choose this venue, we suggest making alternative arrangements for safeguarding any gifts or cards. While our wedding day was beautiful in many ways, this incident has left us with mixed feelings about our experience at Quinta dos Rouxinóis
