The swift and effective communication with the resort stood out even before our arrival, setting the tone for our stay. The politeness and efficiency in their interactions made me feel valued, and their philosophy of creating a 'home away from home' truly shines through. The picturesque resort features a serene pool area that immediately relaxes the mind and a spa that rejuvenates the soul. While the gym is adequately equipped, more cooling would elevate the experience, and adding a couple more mats would be good. While cozy and comfortable, our room showed minor wear and tear, mirroring the bathroom. Modernizing electrical outlets for today's gadgets and multiple devices would be a welcome update. However, a special shoutout to housekeeping for their impeccable service – the efficiency and cleanliness is commendable! The dining experience is another feather in the cap for Pietre Nere. Every meal was a treat, from the delightful breakfasts served with the freshest ingredients to the BBQ lunch tantalizing our taste buds. A special mention for the dinner we had - the waiter was the epitome of hospitality. His genuine desire to ensure our happiness and satisfaction with our meal was palpable. The reception staff deserves accolades for their warmth and infectious smiles, ensuring every guest feels welcome. Pros: The scenic beauty of the resort. Exceptional dining experiences. Top-notch service from an incredible staff. Cons: Wifi could be more robust outside the reception area. The gym temperature needs adjustment. Lack of modern electrical outlets in the rooms. Despite the minor drawbacks, the warmth and dedication of the staff overshadow them. One of the best resort and spa. It's perfectly clean. Pool and pool area clean as well. Breakfast fantastic. Parking not a problem with shaded tents. Receptionist very helpful and speaks English. Beach towels provided. Gym for those who likes to keep fit. Spa and messages provided.
