Feedback & Gratitude – Recent 600+ Person Event Dear Penn Harris Management Team, I am writing to express my appreciation following our recent 4-day event hosted at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center, which brought together approximately 600 attendees. The event space offered excellent privacy, the rooms were clean, and the hospitality was remarkable. In particular, I would like to recognize several staff members for their exceptional service: Katee (Sales Manager): She was extraordinary throughout the entire process—patient, professional, adaptable, and genuinely supportive from beginning to end. Sean (Banquet Manager): Highly accommodating and friendly throughout all four days of our program. Crystal (Front Desk): Consistently approachable, cheerful, and willing to help. Phil: Very welcoming and supportive. Recommendations for Future Events: Acoustics: Enhancing the soundproofing in the banquet hall would greatly benefit large presentations and discussions. Catering: Many of our guests noted that the chicken dishes were somewhat bland. We recommend introducing richer, more flavorful seasonings or recipe options to the catering menu. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with your team. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our event a success!
