This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and kind - they couldn’t do anymore for you if they tried. The rooms are wonderful and like apartments which is great. They are cleaned to a very high standard daily and you are provided with fresh bedding and towels everyday. The balconies are a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings of Sarandë. Our host gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room for our final night which was amazing and we could enjoy watching the sunset to end our holiday on a high (we wish we upgraded to this from the beginning, and I highly recommend to do this also). There is parking available right outside the hotel which was very useful for us. The location of the hotel is great and you are close to both Sarande & Ksmil. Although, be warned the hotel is on a steep hill if walking into Sarande. Overall this hotel is amazing and I would highly recommend.
