Normally, I find some minor flaw with every hotel booking. Sometimes the breakfast isn't up to par, other times the bathroom is inconveniently designed. But at the Massimo Plaza, my only complaint is that you have to climb a small flight of stairs to get to reception. That's not ideal for my bad knees. Apart from that, the hotel is perfect! The room is incredibly spacious, the bathroom has everything you need, and so far, the staff has changed the towels every single day! On top of that, the location opposite the Massimo Theatre is fantastic!
