Marcelle en Camargue in Aigues-Mortes.

Marcelle en Camargue occupies a meticulously restored 19th-century building in the walled medieval town of Aigues-Mortes, transforming a historic structure into a contemporary hotel and event venue.

Originally constructed during the region's prosperous salt-trading era, the property has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve its architectural character while introducing modern amenities for weddings and celebrations.

Set within the atmospheric ramparts of this UNESCO-recognized town, the venue offers guests an immersive experience in Camargue's rich cultural landscape.

My stay at Marcelle en Camargue was perfect and I can only recommend to anyone looking for the perfect getaway! The service was exceptional, Frank and Fabien helped with my transfer, were friendly and attentive, even going the extra mile by shipping to my home address an item of clothing that I forgot in my room! I was swept away by the charm of the place, with a stunning swimming pool! It is also perfectly located. The room is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The offered care products (i.e., dry shampoo) was a lovely touch. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious fresh local ingredients. Overall I had a great stay, and cannot wait to return!
