Two years ago, I found Maniero Montecassiano through a Google map search while trying to find the perfect place for my women’s retreat. An essential part of the retreat was a group empowerment photoshoot at the end, so the property needed to be expansive and beautiful, on top of everything else we needed. Once I found this place, I fell in love. The budget made sense, the property was gorgeous, so I put a deposit down in 2024. Two years of planning! And Fabi and Amber were so kind and patient and answered all of my hundreds of questions. Over that two years, I had devoured every image, Instagram post, website update they had. I wanted to know what it was going to be like to be there so bad. When we finally arrived (after waiting so long)… we were all BLOWN AWAY. The photos and videos do not do this place justice. It is stunning. The energy of the property is so grounding, peaceful, loving, and supportive. It could not have been more ideal for us. Fabi & Amber left us a kind hand-written note and complimentary wine and snacks, which was so lovely. And then we just soaked in the true decadence of being held by this place for a week. We had long dinners, enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, lived without shoes, read by the pool, and honestly had one of the best weeks of our lives here. Also, I hired their recommended chef, Fabio, and their recommended taxi driver, Stefano. Both were wonderful and sensational. Fabio is magic in the kitchen. He spoiled us all week! He was one of the best parts of our stay. If you’re considering this place for your retreat or wedding… you will not be disappointed. They take care of you like family, and the property is pure heaven. You can see beautiful villages, rolling hills and countryside, vineyards and olive groves all around. Every nook of the property is loved and intentionally cared for. Just book it. Worth every penny and more!

Book 12–18 months ahead. The villa hosts approximately 10 events per year, and availability is genuinely limited. A 30% deposit secures your date.

Yes. Maniero operates an open supplier policy. You may hire your own vendors or choose from their trusted preferred suppliers—the choice is entirely yours.
Where do our guests stay if we don't have room in the villa?+
Partner hotels are 4–15 minutes away: Villa Quiete Hotel (4 min, 4-star) in Montecassiano, Relais La Colombaia (10 min, boutique), and additional B&Bs and historic hotels in nearby Macerata.
What happens if it rains?+
The villa maintains relationships with multiple tent suppliers and can arrange weather cover for ceremonies and receptions. Plans are customized to your needs.
