We just left the Liberty Hotel in Catania and I cannot recommend this place enough. The hotel itself is adorable and provides a truly relaxing atmosphere, but the real standout here is the service. Because it is an intimate boutique hotel (only 18 rooms), the staff is able to take care of your every need. The staff was top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Sylvio and his counterpart, Valentina. From the moment we arrived, they were instantly drawing maps, highlighting the "must-see" sights, and pointing us toward local gems and great places to eat that we wouldn't have found on our own. A specific example of their amazing service: We arrived with a case of wine that presented a logistical problem for us. Sylvio immediately jumped into action. He contacted a local shipping center (Mail Boxes Etc.), confirmed the details with them, and had us headed there instantly. Within an hour, our problem was gone. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. You couldn't ask for better service. Do not hesitate to stay here!
