01 · In a sentence

Le Chalet d’Adrien in Verbier, open JuneNovember.

Le Chalet d'Adrien sits at 1,500 meters elevation in Verbier, commanding panoramic views of the Swiss Alps and the Rhône Valley below.

The property's traditional alpine architecture frames a landscape of peaks, forests, and meadows that shift dramatically with season and light.

Stone terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows transform the setting into both ceremony space and backdrop.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Le Chalet d’Adrien – Buffet Brunch The buffet brunch at Le Chalet d’Adrien is a lovely experience, especially when enjoyed on the beautiful terrace. The views are stunning and the service is warm, attentive, and professional, which really elevates the overall atmosphere. The highlight of the brunch is definitely the fresh stations — the selection of meats and made-to-order pasta are excellent, fresh, and well executed. These stations stand out and feel thoughtfully curated. That said, while the setting and service are impressive, the rest of the buffet dishes are fairly average and don’t quite match the standard of the live stations. Overall, it’s a very pleasant brunch mainly for the ambiance, views, and fresh offerings, with room for improvement in the supporting dishes.
