What's included in the venue rental?+
Access to all estate spaces, tables, chairs, basic ambient lighting, and coordination with Kech's production team. Catering, alcohol service, florals, and entertainment are arranged à la carte.
Can we bring our own vendors?+
Yes. Kech maintains approved vendor lists but welcomes outside planners, photographers, and caterers. A coordination fee applies for non-preferred vendors.
What's the typical timeline for booking?+
Kech recommends 6-12 months advance booking. Dates often fill 10-14 months out, particularly for peak season (October-May).
Are guest rooms available on-site?+
The estate itself doesn't have overnight accommodation, but Kech coordinates block rates at nearby riads and hotels within 5-15 minutes of the venue.
What happens if weather doesn't cooperate?+
Multiple covered pavilions and a 1,200 sq ft indoor hall provide weather contingency. The team can transition ceremonies and receptions within 30 minutes.
