The hotel's 4.6-star rating reflects its reputation for attentive service and seamless event coordination.

Your celebration unfolds against 400 meters of private beach, with ceremony spaces overlooking the water and reception areas designed for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

We had an overall rather average stay at Vila Galé Isla Canela and would likely not choose to return. Nevertheless if you don’t have too much expectations, the hotel is basically fine. Cleaning staff work diligently in the common areas, which are kept somehow clean all around, but unfortunately the same basic level of care was not extended to the rooms. The floors were particularly unpleasant, with an unacceptable amount of dust, dirt, and hairs, especially in the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff were very kind and helpful, though communication was much easier if you spoke at least some Spanish. Unfortunately, around the pool it feels like being packed into a sardine can, with many annoying flies and far too many loungers crammed into too little space. The whole atmosphere just feels very unpleasant. Another issue was that they provided beach towels that were much too small. Food quality was good, though options were extremely limited and very repetitive. The drinks service was extremely frustrating. Since beverage orders could only be placed at the table, the wait was often so long that we were done with our starters before the order could be taken. Try to get another glass of wine, a real challenge. A positive point is that the inclusive wines are a bit better than in many other all-inclusive resorts, and the spirits are of high quality. The hotel organized a wine tasting featuring their own selection, and we had hoped to sample some of their finer wines. Unfortunately, they only served the basic varieties, the same ones included in the all-inclusive package. It was a bit of a disappointment. The entertainment team was enthusiastic and clearly tried their best. Congratulations to them for their efforts. As for the spa facilities, it was inconvenient that access required booking in advance and was restricted to limited time slots. In our personal view, and just speaking for ourselves, this hotel might work fine for a long weekend getaway, but it is not well suited for a longer holiday under the actual circumstances, at least not for our tastes.
