We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Sumratin - truly one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. What made it so special wasn’t just the care and attention to detail throughout the property and the rooms, but above all the incredible team. Every single staff member was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. There was an amazing variety of options, all homemade, which we really appreciated. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially impressed by the dedicated gluten-free corner - it meant a lot and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the wellness center is just as impressive. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. We also noticed and loved the little touches, like the delicious daily chocolates in the room and the in-room coffee - details that made everything feel even more special. Everything was perfect. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We felt truly cared for and can’t wait to come back.❤️ Veronica and Marco
