*LARGE GROUPS BOOKING PLEASE READ* We had organised a wedding from 22-01-2026 to 23-01-2026 in this hotel and booked 42 rooms here. Our experience here was disappointing : 1. On day 1 - rooms were committed to us by 12 pm however GUESTS WERE NOT ALLOTED ROOMS TILL 2:30 PM. 2. we had discussed early on for breakfast on day 1 as guests arrived by train at 9 am. THEY REMOVED THE BREAKFAST WHILE PEOPLE WERE EATING. we had to argue for food. 3. They had told us that they will provide lockers for valuables NO ROOMS HAD WORKING LOCKERS. 4. Guest forgot valuable jewellery which they claimed was retrieved by relative only later to be found in reception drawer. We had to go and check CCTV for the same. 5. Pool was totally dry. 6. To do anything like room allotment or any basic ask in the planning stage ( before event ) multiple follow ups are required - No single spoc to take ownership and get it done. 7. For Haldi function we had discussed with them for hall; which was provided- THEY DENIED TO CLEAN IT SAYING IT’S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DECORATOR. Rooms are clean and fine ; Food is decent in taste ; though limited options in breakfast ; BUT THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR LARGE GROUPS DUE TO MISMANAGEMENT OF MR KALIDAS. Request owners and management to take a good long look at the way it’s functioning currently.
