Stayed here for a week in end of February 2026. We booked a Superior Garden Room and got room number 7. The bed was pretty awful - it felt like sleeping directly on top of springs plus it squeaked. The hotel provided some kind of a topper which made it slightly better, but still not great. The room was also tiny and one weird feature is that the toilet is in a totally separate small room across from the main bathroom (which has shower and sink), and it does not have a sink - meaning each time you need to use the toilet you need to run across the room to the main bathroom to wash your hands lol! Shower was nice though and people were kind. We did not try their breakfast. Pool downstairs was alright, it could have been warmer. Garden wasn’t all that great and our room only had one chair outside. Plus people were competing smoking outside so it wasn’t all that pleasant. Before I booked I wish the hotel could provide a better indicator online on what kind of room we were getting ourselves into - their photos all looked the same regardless of the room you picked. I tooked a photo of their fire exit layout to help prospective guests - see included. Overall an ok stay but rather disappointing given the amount of money we spent.
