My girlfriend and I just stayed at Hotel Emma and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated us like royalty. The service was thoughtful, warm, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling over the top. We did have a small preference issue with our first room (I’m tall and my girlfriend really wanted a bathtub). The team handled it perfectly. They offered clear options and ultimately moved us into a room that not only fixed the issue but completely exceeded what we were hoping for. Special thanks to Ms. Aryana and Mr. Enrique — you both went above and beyond and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The entire staff deserves big kudos. The bed was heavenly. The food was excellent. Everything about the property feels intentional and high-end without being stuffy. This is the standard other hotels should be chasing. Absurdly great experience. Hotel Emma is S-tier. We’ll be back.
