This hotel is a home from home, its a wonderful place to stay and from arriving to leaving you will be looked after so well by their amazing staff. The pool area, gardens and grounds and reception area, restaurant and bedrooms are decorated so well, every area is a photo opportunity! In all departments they are very professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they are always happy to help out. I plan events with them every year and the level of service they offer is 10/10. They not only look after the bride and groom so well but also their guests, myself and the suppliers on the wedding day. They are so attentive and really want the best for everyone. The food is amazing, consistent in presentation, flavour. The waiters and Maitre D are super efficient and friendly. Reception is always there to greet us with a smile and always at hand to help us out with extra requests. Lastly the events team are the best! They understand that every detail, big or small is very important to me, to the couple and take note of everything and are a great help to us on the day to ensure all goes smoothly. Looking forward to another wedding season with them next year and beyond!
