We’ve had a fantastic week at the Bristol Hotel! The location is fantastic, only a short walk into Sorrento, and the views are stunning. The staff here are the best we’ve experienced before at any hotel, all make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much. Our room was clean and in good condition and our lady housekeeper (in the separate block) did a fantastic job. We were on the 3rd floor of the separate block and could hear the traffic from the road but it didn’t disturb us at night. Food was delicious too and there was always plenty of choice for dinner. We had to catch our bus back to the airport before breakfast started and were provided with a bag full of pastries which was a wonderful added touch. Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful town of Sorrento

This elegant hotel, offering fantastic views over the bay of Sorrento, is a real dream. A leisurely walk brings you into the town center in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant staff, under the professional leader ship of the maitre Luca and his team Gian-Luca, Carmine and Vincenzo , is enthusiastic, elegantly dressed and offer a level of service one only sees in the movies nowadays. The quality of the food by chef Giovanni, always nicely presented, speaks of high standards of products and know-how in the kitchen. They all exceed expectations of the most experienced traveler. The reception staff is efficiënt, welcoming and communication is easy. Going to Sorrento? Excellence is here. This the place to stay!

From the second we stepped into Hotel Bristol we were greeted by friendly staff, a pristine building and an amazing room with a spectacular view. We had the junior suite with the hot tub and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay for their honeymoon or vacation to reserve that incredible suite! We were also very impressed with the free breakfast and the friendly staff who spent the time to get to know all the guests. Hotel Bristol was also only a 10-15 min walk to downtown Sorrento which has amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend Hotel Bristol!
