The staff was very nice and helpful. Even when they locked us in the pool are allowing only one way in and out they opened the gate back up right away. We stayed there over the Easter weekend so we would be able to swim and relax. Not knowing before we arrived that there was no restaurant or bar and certainly not knowing that the pool was not heated and was so cold that all we could do was get our feet wet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we didn't sleep there. For what purpose? I was tired from a day of swimming. I did get the ground floor pool side room I has requested. Even if it was the furthest from the pool and most other rooms were vacant. So go there or not, just ask better questions than I had.
