We had a truly wonderful stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. the views are simply stunning, waking up to them and enjoying the surroundings throughout the day made the experience extra special. But what really sets this hotel apart, though, is the customer service. From the moment we arrived, the welcome, the f&b team and reception team made us feel genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Andrea, who went above and beyond to make sure my parents and us had a magnificent weekend. She even helped us locate a small item we had accidentally left in the room, which we truly appreciated. This stay created lovely memories for our whole family. We will definitely be back soon!
