We really loved our stay at Hidden Beach and the whole Lomas complex in general (Seaside Suites and Seaside Palms). We spent most of our time at Hidden Beach other than 2 dining reservations, one at the Mexican party they were having (the entertainment was incredible) and one at the Asian restaurant (we enjoyed our meal there!). In general its nice to have the ability to access the dining and amenities at all 3 resorts as guests of Hidden Beach. Also we did have access to the More Inclusive features but the only thing we utilized with the airport transfer for the depature. The service at this resort was overall really good. They decorated our room for my husband's birthday and did seem to go out of their way to make sure we had a nice time. That being said, this resort (specifically Hidden Beach) is heavy on membership, and I do get the sense that they prefer their members over regular guests. But they didn't treat us poorly by any means. At Hidden Beach the beach is nice to sit on (they have Bali beds for no additional cost), but the water is behind a rocky wall. To use the beach (swim in the water) you need to walk over to Palm Side (but then you need to wear clothes). Hidden Beach attracts a decent range of ages. We met 2 couples in their late 30s/early 40s like us but there was every age range from late 30s to 80s. At the end of our stay, we did get our airport transfer through Lomas. I thought it would be a shared transfer, but it wasn’t (don’t know if we just got lucky). They picked us up 4 hours before our flight, which I thought was reasonable considering it is an hour and 15 min drive to Cancun airport. We really enjoyed our time at Hidden Beach and the El Dorado resorts on complex and can easily see returning in the future.
