Every single day, I returned to a room that was spotless — bed impeccably made, toiletries thoughtfully restocked, everything in perfect order. That kind of consistency isn't accidental; it reflects genuine pride in her work. The Hanover Inn continues to set the standard for what true hospitality looks like.
