We felt extremely comfortable and welcome during our stay. We booked TRS Turquesa, and even though we were staying there, we came to this hotel every single evening for 10 days to enjoy drinks at the bar and the music. We had an amazing time with the staff and built a great connection with the bar team. They fulfilled every wish we had and shared wonderful moments with us — listening to music together, celebrating, laughing, and simply enjoying the great atmosphere. All of them are incredibly friendly, cooperative, and communicative. A very special thank you to Luiyi, Jeison, Carmito, Rodolfo, Maria, Alexander, and Alcides, the supervisor at the Guayacan Bar. Their warm and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. We will definitely come back because of these wonderful people. They made us feel like family.
