My husband and I stayed at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal for our wedding anniversary in December and from the moment we set foot through the front door we were warmly greeted by Noa, who made us feel so welcome. Champagne on arrival and a brief tour of the Hotel. We were then shown to our room and to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to the Eiffel Tour Suite - wow! The room was beautiful! We stepped out on to the balcony and was met with breathtaking views with the beautifully lit up Eiffel Tower. The room was immaculate and kept clean and tidy by House Keeping. We had a great nights sleep every night as the bed is so comfortable and even have a pillow menu to choose from. Breakfast was tasty with plenty choice and cooked option was lovely too. A nice relaxing atomsphere. Excellent location, close enough to some places and yet could never hear the hustle and bustle of city life. All members of staff who we met were so friendly, warm and kind and nothing was too much trouble. We truely had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal and will forever have unforgettable happy memories there.
