Asked along the way.
How many guests can Flora Farms hold?+
The Herb Garden Amphitheatre is capped near 80 seated. The Barn and the wider farm carry larger receptions, and Los Cabos planners work the property up to roughly 200. Flora Farms does not publish a single headline capacity, so the number depends on which spaces you take.
What does a wedding at Flora Farms cost?+
Planners in Los Cabos report an average venue fee near $7,500 USD and banquet costs around $275 per guest before 16 percent tax and 18 percent service. A 50-guest wedding commonly lands between $40,000 and $100,000 USD once food, bar and the buyout fee are in.
Can guests stay at the farm?+
Some can. The Culinary Cottages and the Haylofts are hand-built homes on the property and suit the wedding party and close family. There are not enough of them for a full guest list, so most couples block rooms on the Tourist Corridor and run shuttles out.
When is the best season for a Flora Farms wedding?+
October through June. This is desert foothill country and July through September combines the highest heat with the rainy season, when the access road is at its worst. February through April is the most reliable stretch for an outdoor dinner.
How far is Flora Farms from the airport?+
About 20 to 25 minutes from Los Cabos International (SJD) and roughly 15 minutes from San José del Cabo town. The final approach is on an unpaved farm road, which is worth telling guests in advance if they are wearing heels.
