A huge sprawling hotel which in some ways was overwhelming. Our room was comfortable and large however, the large cavernous areas echo the slightest sound and consequently the hotel is noisy. We could not get the safe to work in our room and the fridge was also not working. We reported both issues but neither was ever resolved and the staff did not seem interested or bothered. The lady on the tourist desk, however, was very helpful and gave us information on transport options in the city. The hotel is located a little way out of the city but regular buses run close by and we never felt this to be a problem.
