It was a very pleasant experience from the start! The whole checking in experience was easy, warm and personal. We were brought up to the room and everything as explained to us. The corridor was well-lited, nicely decorated. Rooms were well-maintained, the bed was very comfortable for us. Housekeeping was done every day and I love that they provided le Labo toiletries. Special mention to Eugenia, Sol and Massimo, they always make us feel welcomed! In fact, the whole team was professional and friendly. We would return to this hotel again!
