Just excellent. Nicest staff I have seen in a hotel, just the right amount of familiarity and attention to detail. They realized (we think from our passports) that my husband had birthday during our stay, and had a present delivered to the room on the day. Realizing it, and then acting upon it shows the hotel staff had a willingness to make guests feel at home like I have very selten seen. One of those places to save in favourites and regularly return.
